Convenient location right in the heart of the city. It's great that it's just a short walk away from Uncle Paulie's for some quick eats to take out. 🍔

Would recomand this place and would book again. The idea to include a microwave, an electric kettle, and a stovetop in the a double room was nice. The location was particularly good with a bus stop close to the accommodation. I had coffee at The Anfield Cafe, located within 10 minutes walk: D
Don’t have any issues at all!

the hosts, Chris and Aida, were incredibly lovely and welcoming. Upon arrival, they greeted us with warm cups of tea and even provided us with slippers to wear during our stay. the room was nice and tidy, with ample heating to keep us cozy throughout the night. In the morning, we were treated to a delicious omelette breakfast. the location of the inn couldn't have been better, as it is just a short distance from Anfield stadium. I highly recommend Charles Inn for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Liverpool. Cons: Nothing, all aspects of my stay were excellent! 👍.

I recently stayed at Charles Inn in Liverpool for the Liverpool vs Arsenal game and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Anfield stadium. Upon arrival, the hosts, Chris and Aida, greeted us warmly and treated us like royalty. They even provided us with comfy slippers and a delicious cup of tea. The room was cozy with two heaters and electric blankets on the beds, keeping us warm throughout the night. This was easily one of the best accommodations I've stayed in, with exceptional service and excellent value for money. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.
Recommend this hotel.

The rooms at Charles Inn are cozy and comfortable, with everything you need for a convenient stay. I loved having a kettle in the room, perfect for a cup of tea in the mornings. The private bathroom had a nice shower with free toiletries, making it feel like a home away from home. Plus, the bed linen and towels provided were a nice touch.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of having a computer in the room. I prefer to disconnect during my vacations.

The value for money at the inn was great, especially during a busy event like Eurovision. The room was tidy and comfortable, with electric blankets to keep us warm at night. The location was perfect for Anfield and there were bus stops nearby for easy access to the city. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, even offering us slippers upon arrival and making us a delicious cup of tea. We felt right at home and enjoyed chatting with them during our stay.
The breakfast menu could use a little improvement, maybe by adding more variety to the options.

During my recent stay at Charles Inn, I was warmly greeted by the lovely hosts who immediately made me feel at home. They even offered me a refreshing cup of tea upon my arrival. The location of the inn was perfect, especially for those visiting Anfield or wanting to explore the city by bus. The room itself was tidy and comfortable, with the beds prepared for a good night's sleep. In the morning, I was treated to a delicious omelette and a steaming cup of tea for breakfast. The hosts were kind and engaging, making me feel like part of the family. I highly recommend Charles Inn for anyone traveling to Liverpool!
I did experience some issues with the heating in the bedroom and bathroom, especially during my stay in December when temperatures dropped significantly. There was no heater in the bathroom, and the room heater provided was not sufficient to keep me warm.

The Anfield location was truly a football lover's dream come true. Staying just a stone's throw away from the infamous Liverpool Football Club was like being part of the action itself. The atmosphere was electrifying, with the cheers and chants echoing through the air, making it impossible not to feel a surge of excitement.
Unreliable hot water.

The rooms at Charles Inn were cozy and comfortable, with all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. I loved having a kettle in my room to make a cup of tea whenever I wanted. The private bathroom was clean and had a refreshing shower. The bed linen and towels provided were of good quality, ensuring a comfortable sleep and a fresh start to the day. As an elderly traveler, these simple amenities made me feel right at home.
The only thing I personally didn't fancy was the presence of a CD player in the room. But hey, I understand others might enjoy it, so it's just my preference.

The rooms at Charles Inn are awesome, dude! They have everything you need for a chill stay - a kettle for making your own tea, a computer for browsing, and even a CD player for jamming out. Plus, the private bathroom is legit, with a shower and free toiletries. It's perfect for someone like me who likes convenience and tech stuff.
Honestly, I'm not the biggest fan of the washing machine in the double room. It's just not my thing, ya know?
